Leo Multiple District 306 is the governing body of the Leo movement in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, connecting young leaders through a shared commitment to service, leadership, and fellowship. As part of Leo Clubs International, it provides a platform for youth to develop their potential, engage in meaningful projects, and create positive change in their communities.

Founded in 1957, the Leo Club Program has grown into a global youth service movement with over 7,200 clubs and 144,000+ members across 150+ countries. Within Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Leo Multiple District 306 represents a strong network of 12 Leo Districts, 210+ active Leo Clubs, and over 8,000 members from school, university, and community-based clubs.

Through community service projects, leadership programs, environmental initiatives, humanitarian activities, and fellowship opportunities, Leo Multiple District 306 empowers young people to grow as responsible leaders while making a meaningful impact on society.

Guided by the motto “Leadership, Experience, Opportunity,” Leo Multiple District 306 continues to inspire youth to lead with purpose, serve with passion, and create a better future through collective action.
